Refund and returns policy

If you order something and change your mind within 24 hours, please contact me immediately. Provided I have not begun the printing and/or shipping process, I would be happy to offer a refund or exchange for a different item, as per your wishes. Unfortunately, once the printing and/or shipping process has begun, I am unable to offer a refund. Received goods cannot be returned.

Gift cards

If you have purchased a gift card, these can be refunded at any point within 2 months of the purchase date. After that, they are non-refundable.

Return for damaged items

If an item has a fault when you receive it, please contact me immediately. I will have personally checked each item before sending it via registered post; however, it is possible that the postal courier damages an item in transit. In that case, we will need to document the damage to raise with the courier. I would not expect you to bear the costs of any damaged items. Please contact me for further to discuss how to proceed in this event.
